Adesua Adewole

Adesua Adewole graduated from the University of Benin, Nigeria with a B.Sc. in Geography and Regional Planning and went on to earn a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Leeds University, United Kingdom. She is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of in-depth experience in Human Resources Management, Sales & Marketing and Corporate Communication.

In 1997, she was employed by TotalEnergies Marketing Nigeria Plc as a Senior Sales Superintendent. Adesua went on to occupy several job roles across TotalEnergies Marketing Nigeria Plc (TEMNPlc) and some TotalEnergies African affiliates; Senior Sales Superintendent 1997, Project Team Member 1998; Human Resources Superintendent 2002; Career Manager 2004; Human Resources Project Manager 2005 at TotalEnergies South Africa (Pty) Ltd and Human Capital Manager Total Nigeria in 2006. Mrs. Adewole was appointed Territorial Sales Manager (West) in 2011 and went on to become Marketing Manager at TotalEnergies Ghana in 2014.

She returned to Nigerian and was appointed General Manager (Sales & Marketing) of TEMNPlc in 2016. Thereafter Mrs. Adewole was resumed as the General Manager (Human Resources) in 2019, a position she occupied until the first of February 2023 when she was appointed General Manager TotalEnergies Country Services, in charge of Corporate Communications for TotalEnergies companies in Nigeria and CSR for TEMNPlc.

Adesua loves singing and listening to different genre of music. She is also passionate about Coaching and supporting people to live as the best version of themselves.
