Ololade is a lubrication, quality control and Reliability Expert.
Ololade studied Chemical and Polymer Engineering at the Lagos State University, School of Engineering. She has a masters degree in Safety, Risk and Reliability Engineering from Herriot- Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland. She is a certified lead auditor of QMS ISO 9001:2008.
She is also a member of the Nigerian Safety Professional, Association of Nigerian women safety professionals and various groups of HSEQ professionals constantly sharing and reviewing industrial safety standards and incidents.
With 11 years professional experience, she has moved from being a Quality Control Laboratory Supervisor formulating and certifying over 120 lubricant SKU’s and presently a Specialties Engineer rendering technical assistance and solutions to major manufacturing companies on the area of lubrication.Her portfolio also includes sustainance of the lubricant quality and technical after sales services to customers of about 70 retail stations in lagos state whilst ensuring the utmost safety of herself, colleagues and her work environment.
