TOTAL SUPPORTS NIGER WIVES BRAILLE BOOKS PRODUCTION CENTRE

In line with our CSR strategy, Total Nigeria Plc on January 20, 2013 commissioned the newly rehabilitated Niger Wives Braille Books Production Center in Kings College Annexe, Victoria Island, Lagos. The renovation includes roofing, flooring, and painting works amongst others. This auspicious occasion was graced by representatives of management, including the Managing Director, Alexis Vovk, who was warmly received by the Braille Book center’s management.

The Centre was set up in 1995 with two main aims: to produce braille books for visually impaired students and to provide computer training to prepare visually impaired applicants for gainful employment. On behalf of its steering committee, Mrs. Jean Obi (Coordinator) and Mrs. Megan-Rose Olusanya (Administrator) thanked Total Nigeria Plc for this laudable contribution to the continued success of the Niger Wives Braille Books Production center.
