TOTAL JOB SHADOW 2018 – KANO

28th June, 2018, Kano state Nigeria, 40 public senior secondary school students from four schools were brought together at the Total Area office Kano. Their mission: Total Job Shadow (TJS).  The Total Job Shadow is an educational   CSR initiative of Total Nigeria plc where senior secondary school students are brought into Total's facilities and offices for one day and made to experience and participate in real work environment.

At the Kano TJS 2018, the participating schools were:

• Government Girl's Arabic Secondary School, Gwagwarwa.
• Government Secondary School, Gwagwarwa.
• Government   Secondary School, Gawuna.
• Government Girl's Secondary School, Dangana.

The student's experienced one-on-one mentoring sessions from Total employees as well as took a guided tour of the Total Service Station, airport Road, Kano. They also had a tour to the Kano airport to witness Total's aviation activities.  For the students, it is a lifetime experience and an encounter guaranteed to impact their education positively.
